美国加州近期出台了有关塑料包装方面的法规，参议院法规第270号第850章（Senate Bill No. 270  Chapter 850），法规明确规定所有树脂部分必须满足最低20%消费后回收材料（ Post-consumer  recycled material）的要求；待2020年1月1日以后，消费后回收材料（ Post-consumer  recycled material）的比例须达到40%以上。

 

Senate Bill No. 270  Chapter 850, Which States:

 

As defined in the bill, any resin should be acceptable as long as it meets the PCR requirements as defined as:

 

(A) On and after January 1, 2016, it shall be made from a minimum of 20 percent postconsumer recycled material.

(B) On and after January 1, 2020, it shall be made from a minimum of 40 percent postconsumer recycled material.

 

 

消费后回收材料：由家用日常产生的材料，或是商业、工业及公共设施中作为最终用户产生，且这些产品不能作为原用途继续使用的材料。
